Dan has been a partner with Hayes Stewart Little & Co., Chartered Accountants since 1992. Dan is the Managing Partner and also controls and manages many assurance engagements performed by the Firm. He has extensive experience in auditing small businesses, government and non-profit organizations. In addition to providing assurance services, his areas of significant interest are in small business accounting and advice, specifically in the area of business succession, including assistance with business valuations and the purchase and sale of business interest, and estate planning.
