A Chartered Accountant, with over 24 years of public practice experience, including 14 years as a partner in a national accounting firm with major responsibilities in the Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring areas.  Mr. Eakins is a resident of  Cobble Hill.  In addition to his 20+ years experience in advising financially troubled companies Mr. Eakins has been accepted and given evidence as an expert witness in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Manitoba and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Forensic and Investigative Accounting Matters.
